I was born in Colorado and raised in Wyoming as a rancher’s daughter, which instilled in me a strong work ethic, from the start.  I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with an English Education in K-12 teaching degree.  Beginning in 1992, I built a successful mortgage business as a result of my organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism and integrity.  I consistently served as a Top Mortgage Lender in Northern Colorado and was Recognized as “Affiliate of the Year by the Greeley Board of Realtors.”

In 2002, I met my husband Chris while training for a marathon.  We were married that same year and I also became a step-mom to two beautiful children, Meagan and Connor.  We adopted our first baby, Blake, in February 2006 and adopted our second baby, Makayla, in November 2007.  Chris and I feel extremely blessed to be adoptive parents and cherish the gift of unselfish love provided by their birth parents.

In 2007, I went on to become a licensed Realor, giving me the opportunity to use my mortgage lending expertise to professionally guide clients through the entire real estate transaction.

I have earned the following awards/titles as a Realtor:

-I received the Real Living Premier Service Diamond Agent Award in 2013

-I earned the Real Living CO Real Estate Highest Combined Sales Volume, Most Buyers, Highest Buyer Sales Volume, and Highest Listing Sales Volume in 2014

-Top 5 Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Innovative agent, 2016

-Involved in both the Unified Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

In addition to real estate, my husband Chris and I enjoy raising our 4 children. We love Colorado and what is has to offer us, whether it be in the Colorado mountains, city of Denver, the change of seasons, or the amazing schools and people.

I have a deep passion for giving and am always looking for ways to give of my time and financially.  That passion continually makes me want to be a better person.  Here are some of the ways that I have given back:

-Started an adoption Foundation that assists families offset the cost of adoptions (raised over $50,000).

-In 2010 and again in 2014, I organized 2 separate running fundraisers for cancer patients who were dear friends (raised over $30,000 through each fundraising effort).

-Top Fundraiser for the Rocky Mountain Region through the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (raised over $36,000).

-In 2013, I created my Giving Back Campaign.  With this campaign, I donate 5% of my commissions on each successfully closed transaction to the charity of my client’s choosing, in their name.  Together, we have donated over $45,000 to over 65 different charities, most of them being local.
