There are so many people who have been a part of my professional journey who have partnered with me to allow me to earn this award. Each transaction is unique and rewarding and I have gained numerous friends from what started as a greeting on a doorstep. This award should truly be shared with all my clients as well as my professional partners. Closing a real estate transaction takes a team and I am grateful to have an amazing one. Kelley Pachello is my unofficial partner who is always willing to jump in and cover for me when I am away or double booked. I am always grateful for my “back up”. Kaylee Bolton was a new client whom I met on a doorstep a few years ago. In 2017 she joined with me to become the brains and execution of all my marketing. Josh Drovdal continually “WOW”s my clients with his amazing photography. Heather Simms is an incredible home stager who has helped prepare the homes for the opportunity to gain top dollar. Gavin Higashi and his team (Mark Hott) at First American Title provide constant professional assistance through the title process and the closing. Ashley Gearhart Pratt and Scott Bushlack are two amazing lenders who always deliver stellar, fair and honest service. Ross Bowen is patient, knowledgeable and “calls out what he sees” to educate and protect my clients through the inspection process. He even takes a bit of time to allow the little ones to fly his drone over their future home. N Angelica De Chavezis always available to fit in a cleaning at the last minute as sellers often realize they are maxed out and cleaning their “old home” is the last thing they want to do. There are others who have been a part of my success as well and I am forever grateful. Today, I share this recognition with you all.
