☆ Arvada– The fireworks show will be held at Stenger Sports Complex with gates opening at 7 pm and fireworks starting around 9 pm. Arvada decided to scale back their once expanded Fourth of July celebration due to lack of volunteers, strain on policing, low interest of food vendors and limited parking.
☆ Broomfield– Activities begin at 5 pm with pony rides for $3 and unlimited inflatable play for $8. Music and food vendors will be present. The fireworks begin around 9:30 pm.
Annual Bike Parade– Decorate your bikes/trikes/wagons and scooters and meet at the South Red shelter near Championship Field at Broomfield County Commons at 5:30 pm. Kids must wear a helmet!
☆ Northglenn– They have an entire day full of Fourth of July fun! Held at E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park, the day starts with a 7 am pancake breakfast. Followed by a 4 mile run, bake sale, car show, duck derby, and more. Find the full line-up here.
☆ Thornton– Beer garden and food vendors open at 4 pm, with music starting at 5:15 pm. Fireworks immediately follow the nighttime parachuters jumping through the sky at 9:30 pm. Find parking info here.
☆ Westminster– The fun starts at City Park at 4 pm! There will be activities, food vendors, a beer garden and music. Concerts begin at 7:15 pm with the fireworks starting at 9:15 pm. Find out if the FREE shuttle bus is a good option for you here.
